CHICKEN POT PIE SOUP by Heidi King

I enjoy Chicken Pot Pie. I especially enjoy the innards and less on the crust,  so I designed a recipe that accentuates the chicken and vegetables and soup part of “Chicken Pot Pie”. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

9 Carrots, sliced bite size

Celery – Small bunch (10-ish), sliced or chopped

1 Onion, diced

4 Tablespoon butter

2 Tablespoons Mrs Dash Garlic and Herbs

3 cups Chicken Broth

Put these 6 ingredients in an InstaPot, hit the vegetable button 3 times

(If you do not have an InstaPot, you can cook on medium high heat in a large pot with a lid for about 25 – 30 minutes)

Once this is finished… ADD…

1 can of Green Beans

1 breast of Chicken – as much as you want, cut up

1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can of Cream of Celery Soup

Replace the lid to the InstaPot, hit the vegetable button 2 times and enjoy!!!

(If you do not have an InstaPot, you can cook on medium heat in a large pot with a lid for about 15-20 minutes and ENJOY!!!)
