Watch this video and Vision Your Success!

What do you want?     What do you desire?

Rethink your world,  cultivate the life you want… from the inside out.

Now that you found out a little bit about yourself and little bit about what makes you happy and unhappy, we are going to create a vision board.

Making a vision board:

You can use a poster board, part of your wall, or the back of your door can all become your vision board.

Use this space to create a vision of what you want your life to be like. You can use emotions, scenes, objects, words, things, and people to convey or show how you want to be and feel in your happy place.

Because many people don’t know what there new life will LOOK like,  it is hard to envision.

There are hundreds of sites online (Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) that will help you understand what to do and how to do it.

Here are some resources… Use which ever site resonates with you (which ever one feels good to you).

So, envision HOW you want to feel doing your daily things.

You want to feel emotions like: uplifting or light, being studious, successful,  attention fed,  you want to be gifted things,  praised, thanked,  action filled,  peacefully quiet, content, proud, satisfied, relaxed, inspired, refreshed, engaged, etc. (Need more information on emotions? Creating my vision board,  I used positive words and be creating sentences, went around the poster board and described how I wanted to feel each day in my new job.

I used different color markers for each sentence. And I made it fun by going around in a circle, in a spiral. This helped me to laser focus what I wanted my happy place to be. I was able to look at this and hung it in a place I would see it everyday.

The Perfect Job for Me

* Comfort in knowing I can afford what I want.

* Comfort in knowing I have eased someone’s visit to the hospital.

* Knowing and enjoying each and every growing opportunity.

* Ease of sharing the best that I can be.

* Feel the excitement of new things daily.

* Teaching others to the best of my ability, and showing them the best of their ability.

* Being free to allow knowledge and creativity to shine thru me.

* Joy of coming home and sharing my day with my beloved.

* Knowing that I am the best one for the job.

* I have the confidence and skill to tackle all that is ahead of me.

Now that you found out a little bit about yourself and little bit about what makes you happy and unhappy, create your vision board…

Tips and Tricks

Happiness is a state of mind. And it is not just one number between 1 and 10.

Your happiness fluctuates in a range, some people are from 3-5, other people 4-6,  still others are from 5-7, and a few are in the 7-10 range.

This happiness range can go up and down on a daily basis depending on how we react to our version of the world around us.

We can increase our happiness range by being more aware of our reactions to life. When you find yourself facing a difficult time, make a list of things that  bring you joy (either in your mind or down on paper).  Just thinking about a better thought, raises your vibrational energy, and you become less sad.

It is hard to feel angry, jealous, or sad when you picture yourself in a patch of fresh spring grass being pounced on by adorable puppies trying to lick your face off.
